Wood Fibre

Australian Manufactured Wood Fibre
made from PEFC certified woodchip

Rocky Point has extended our range of erosion control products to now include Wood Fibre; produced from Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification (PEFC) certified woodchip, we have created both a 100% Hardwood and 70/30 Pine-Hardwood blend product.

With an ever increasing need for infrastructure and mine rehabilitation, we have created the first Australian made, thermally refined wood fibre to the market. Rocky Point Wood Fibre has been thermo-mechanically refined for the best possible water absorption. Due to the thermo-mechanical production, this product adheres to biosecurity requirements, while phyto-sanitisation destroys any seeds and/or pathogens, making this product both available and ideal for export.

Estimated coverage depending on specifications is 2.5 – 3 tonne per hectare.

AVAILABLE IN: 18KG BALES – 100% HARDWOOD AND 70/30 PINE HARDWOOD BLEND.
